各方友好：
鼠年將盡，牛年將臨。每年年宵的日子，華叔(司徒華)都會在維多利亞公園的支聯會攤位寫揮春。我有一張肖像畫，就是畫華叔寫揮春，已由朋友購藏。最近，一個名為《 香港･水･墨･色》的展覽找我參展，我答應提供兩件展品，其一是我畫華叔寫揮春的肖像，我情商朋友借出以作首展。《香港･水･墨･色》的展期是2009年1月22日至2月3日 (臘月廿七至正月初九)，剛好是年宵春節前後，而展場就是維園對面的香港中央圖書館展覽廳。也就是說，同一時間，園內和對街，兩邊都會見到同一人物。歡迎各位兩邊都去看。

Greetings!
Sure you all know who the figure in this portrait is. Yes, it's Mr Szeto Wah (usually known as Uncle Wah) penning New Year calligraphy at the stall of the HK Alliance (Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements in China) at the Lunar New Year Eve Bazaar in Victoria Park. He is there every year. The portrait, now an acquisition of a friend, will be unveiled as one of my two entries in an exhibition named Hong Kong‧Water‧Ink‧Colour, to be held from January 22 to February 3 at the Exhibition Hall of the Hong Kong Central Library in Causeway Bay. So, during the Lunar New Year Eve this year, you can see Uncle Wah in Victoria Park and the exhibition hall just across the road. You are most welcome to visit both venues in one go.
